Our Policies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price, charged to the credit card on file.
Credit Card Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you no-show or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. You also have the option to pay for your service in full online at the time of booking, but this is not required.
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may be charged up to the full amount of the service to the credit card on file. We reserve the right to require full prepayment for future bookings after a no-show.
Arrival Policy
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to settle in and ensures you receive your full treatment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next guest, with the full service price still applying.
Payment & Gratuity
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Gratuity is not included in service prices and is always appreciated. You may add a tip at the time of payment.
Health & Safety
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancies before your treatment. Certain services may not be appropriate for all conditions. We reserve the right to modify or decline a service if we believe it may not be safe for you.
